Become a Vendor

vendorThe PVDA Ride for Life offers indoor and outdoor vendor opportunities to both equine- and nonequine-related businesses and organizations that would like to market their products and services while supporting a life-saving cause.

The event reaches a large and affluent population.  Attendees include the long-established mid-Atlantic equestrian community and a highly-educated group of consumers with above average-income.

Last year the show had 200 competitors accompanied by their support personnel, family, and friends.  The Saturday evening Dancing Horse Challenge, where FEI-level riders provide demonstrations and competitions, attracted 1,200 additional visitors from the general public.

This year the PVDA Ride for Life is expected to be even better attended.  Between classes and during the Dancing Horse Challenge, attendees can shop from a great selection of specialty vendors exhibiting on the arena concourse and the show grounds.  Vendors offer wares from tack, feed and riding apparel to books, fine art, jewelry and home decor.  Since it is marketed as a family-oriented event, vendors will gain access to markets for both equestrian and non-equestrian products and services.

The PG Equestrian Center Show Place Arena has seating for 3000 spectators.  The lovely, climate-controlled indoor concourse offers 10 x 10 vendor spaces with electricity.  The outdoor vendor spaces are 10 x 20, six with electricity.

Vendor reservations will be accepted on a first come, first reserve basis and are expected to fill quickly.  Participating vendors are listed on the website and in the show program.
